It is such an honor to have Softie The Film be the FIRST film to launch the POV Docs for Hope and Healing Virtual series’.

Documentaries for Hope and Healing is a new virtual community screening series by POV Engage. Each month POV Engage will be working with different communities to host virtual events that focus on a single film, with the aim of partnering with local organizations across the nations to promote wellness and creative resistance in the midst of a turbulent year. Documentaries for Hope and Healing was created with the idea that storytelling has a crucial role to play in community healing processes.
